VisiTrax supports exporting lists of tracks to ready-to-upload files for the following on-line services:
Track lists also can be exported to generic CSV format files, for use with applications that import CSV files, such as MobileDB-PC or Microsoft Excel.
Track listings can be exported from the Tracks view, Volume Contents view, or Playlist view. To export a tracks listing, do the following:
1) | Establish the list of tracks to be exported by selecting the desired view and any applicable filters. |
2) | From the File menu, choose Export Track List. |
3) | From the submenu that appears, choose the type of export file desired. |
4) | From the Export list to file dialog, select the desired folder and file name. |
5) | For ready-to-upload files, follow the on-line service's documented procedure for uploading the file. |
DJ Intelligence files (default name DJI.csv) will contain data, with no heading row, from the following columns:
WeDJ files (default name WeDJ.txt) will contain data, with no heading row, from the following columns:
• | Composer (or Track Notes if no composer) |
Generic CSV format track list files (default name tracks.csv) will contain (as a minimum) the main viewable set of columns, with a heading row. In addition, the following columns will always be included:
• | Composer (or Track Notes if no composer) |
• | Locator (volume index plus track number) |
• | Folder and file name (if applicable) |
